It could happen...

With Beyonce throwing her name in the ring for the title role in the Wonder Woman flick (which is rumored to be released in 2011) we decided to wax poetic on other real life super heroines we’d like to see suited in knee high boots and a leather bustier.

Kerry Washington as Storm

We still love you Halle, but your Storm in all three X-Men flicks was more like a light drizzle than a torrential downpour of talent. With Kerry Washington taking on the role of the weather manipulating mutant, movie goers would definitely hit the theaters to make it rain.

Scarlett Johansson as Supergirl

Given the fact that few women had a hard time convincing their boyfriends to see her chick friendly flick The Nanny Diaries, we’re convinced that Scar-Jo already has some supernatural abilities.

Rosario Dawson as Catwoman

Sure, Angelina Jolie is the obvious choice for the next Batman flick, but who wouldn’t like to see a skin tight leather clad Rosario Dawson purring on screen?

Zoe Saldana as Poison Ivy

Since 1997′s Batman and Robin was as forgettable as Chris O’ Donnell’s acting career, we think that the DC could retool the character from an alabaster-skinned red head to fit Zoe’s mocha-dipped skin and brunette locks.

Cassie as Psylocke

You know how in The X-Men series Psycloke can get inside people’s heads, project thoughts and control minds?

Cassie can do that in real life. Just ask Puff.
