Matchmaking Ashanti and Nelly With Other Has-Beens

Nelly hasn’t had a hit since his controversial “Tip Drill” video and Ashanti’s just never been able to rise above in the enormous pool of R&B singing ladies. Now that their breakup is official, who could the two possibly latch on to for support in reviving their early 2000′s presence? Well you know the old saying, “misery loves company.”

Check out some of the folks that are in the same boat that, if matched up, could possibly launch a Rihanna-esque improvement.

    OK, aren’t some of these people they are suggesting as “MATCHES” for Nelly or Ashanti MARRIED? Last I knew Method Man, Toni Braxton, DMX and Salt (from Salt-N-Pepa)were all happily married and had been married for some time! Hmmmm, either this is bull or I haven’t been following celebrities in a while (lol)!

    FINALLY!!!! my cuzzo has finally came to his senses and let HER go. he may not be on top right now but he’ll make a comeback sooner or later. especially now that she’s out of the picture

    Ashanti last i heard was doing the wiz on broadway, maybe that theather exepereince has improved her acting skills and she may be going after some major hollywood parts. if she could do a series of thought provking indenpant films ( see rosario dawson’s carrer) in no time she would be major player.

    Nelly i dont know …..the recession has been hard on hip hop. Nelly is used to going platinum in a 72 hour period, he’ll be lucky if that happens in a 7 month period. He has a legacy attached to “tip drill” maybe be the next move is to launch in the adult flim world, i can see the apple bottom DVD series flying off the shelves.
