The President and First Lady had a night out on the town in NYC this past Saturday. The President had previously promised his wife a date and followed through on his word. “I am taking my wife to NYC because I promised her during the campaign that I would take her to a Broadway show after it was all finished.”

The two jetted in from from Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland on Air Force One. They arrived and wined and dined in the West Village restaurant Blue Hill. After dinner they hurried to the Belasco Theater to catch “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone.” As America’s hottest couple left the theater to board their plane back to Washington enthusiastic bystanders cheered on the streets. In an interview before the inauguration the President said that he and the missus love having date nights on Fridays. Tune in next Friday to see where the lovely couple will be heading.
