The Carters were seen hanging out this weekend in New York City’s Meatpacking District having lunch at Pastis and hitting the Roc-A-Wear Pop-Up Shop. A year ago, the couple was wed in a private ceremony. Beyonce later revealed some details of the wedding in the January 2009 issue of GIANT.
