Today’s hottest celebs rock the flyest clothes, drive the paparazzi wild, and make controversy the new “it” factor. But, before these trendsetters started shopping at Louis Vuitton and chowing down on calamari they were struggling to find their place in the entertainment world. Through their bumpy transitions, a little money in the bank, and help from a good publicist today’s attention getters have made an even better name for themselves. Check out the GIANT alterations that made these lack luster appearances pop into household stars.

The President and First Lady had a night out on the town in NYC this past Saturday. The President had previously promised his wife a date and followed through on his word. “I am taking my wife to NYC because I promised her during the campaign that I would take her to a Broadway show after it was all finished.”

The two jetted in from from Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland on Air Force One. They arrived and wined and dined in the West Village restaurant Blue Hill. After dinner they hurried to the Belasco Theater to catch “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone.” As America’s hottest couple left the theater to board their plane back to Washington enthusiastic bystanders cheered on the streets. In an interview before the inauguration the President said that he and the missus love having date nights on Fridays. Tune in next Friday to see where the lovely couple will be heading.

Yesterday, our President attended a tree-planting ceremony in Washington in which I’m sure he’s regretting his choice of wearing dress shoes.  He should have taken a queue from the First Lady, Michelle who was dressed in her rubber galoshes.  However, he came through, made an effort and I still admire him all the same!

President Barack Obama and First Lady arrive in Europe with an economic and political agenda.  This eight-day, five-country trip has started in London.  Obama’s focus is on his G-20 meeting with European leaders who have split with the US over the war in Iraq under President George W. Bush.  Basically, he’s going there to make amends and clean up a mess that was left behind.

Yes, and the First Lady gives us a lovely number change in flight.
