Okay, we get it already. Lady Gaga loves her gays! And, it is because of her merits that the fame-starved shock art electro-pop princess is destined to be a gay icon well-before she has released her magnum opus.

On September 16, the outré singer-songwriter sat down to deliver a scripted speech on the notorious Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy via YouTube, only a few days after appearing at the Video Music Awards pre-show on Sunday with members of the coveted U.S. Armed Services who were discharged because they are homosexual.

“I am here to be the voice of my generation,” says Lady Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, eyes jotting across the screen like a ping pong. Since its inaction in 1993, over 14,000 solders were discharged because of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, nigh 400 have been discharged since the presidency of Barack Obama.
