Britney’s Circus in New Orleans

BRITNEY’S BACK, and just kicked off her new world tour, Circus last night in New Orleans.  (”Ya’ll hear that NOLA clap?” ) She got Dsqaured’s twin designers Dean and Dan Caten to not only create circus-themed costumes for Britney and dancers, but also play ringmaters in a video before the concert.
