    They have a misspelling of the country Colombia. It is spelled with two “Os”; they spelled it with a “U” in the first photo’s caption. Not unless she’s from one of the many cities named Columbia — Columbia, SC or Columbia, MD or District of Columbia or hell, they could mean Columbus, OH. You never know with Giant or BP.
