Okay. Technically, the reference in that title is from T.I.’s verse in Justin’s new song “If I,” but he could get up under my dress either way.

In fact, when Justin opens his mouth, I want to put my face in it. When he sings, I’ve got one foot in City Hall, waiting for the officiate to roll up with the marriage license.

He’s got a new album coming out in 2009.
