The self-proclaimed “best rapper alive,” Lil Wayne rocked a momentous performance for MTV’s Spring Break ’09. His controversial jump from rap to rock star made for a blazing performance of “Prom Queen,” his new leading track off of his upcoming album Rebirth . Wayne once again displayed his guitar skills while his band shook the crowd on stage in Panama City Beach, Florida.
