Before Wu-Tang Clan really blew up, Rap Pages penned a story about them and couldn’t find any photos to run with the piece. The solution was to draw the various members of the Shaolin supergroup. Raekwon, in all of his early 90s glory, was drawn and tad pudgier than he was at the time, with a chef’s hat and spatula. The Clan was infuriated after the piece ran and when Masta Killah saw the writer, he made his grievances known and punched him in face, echoing the sentiments that “Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nothing to Fuck Wit.’” Fast forward to 2009 and here’s Raekwon cooking.
