Will Smith’s Fam To Remake Classic

The family that acts together, stacks (paper) together.
According to /film, the entire Smith clan (that’s Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith and their three kids - Trey, Jaden and Willow) will be teaming up for a remake of the family classic, The Swiss Family Robinson. The film, tentatively titled The Robinsons, will likely be an updated version of the iconic Johann David Wyss book and is rumored to currently said to be in pre-production.

His son is a horrible actor. He was the worst part of the Day the Earth Stood Still remake.
I’m shocked that Tre is going to act in this film because Will recently stated on Oprah he was not interested in acting. I guess he says that is a quick (and easy) “hustle” for him and we can’t be made at that (lol)!!! This is a BEAUTIFUL family. I just hope the kids are genuinely interested in pursuing acting careers and not just pushed into because of their parents. Otherwise, they will not be good at it. Nonetheless, they have my unrelenting support and encouragement. God Bless :).
Some of you are so hateful. Jaden is not a terrible Actor. I think that he is a very good Actor. He played a really good part in The Pursuit of Happyness. I didn’t like his character in The day the earth stood still. But my common sense told me that it wasn’t his acting but his character. Stop being so hateful. It’s the character he had to portray.

They are a family that that found an outlet that all of them can relate to. Now that’s a family working together.
I love seeing this. Very good article. It is time I see something positive. This family is blessed and it is a blessing to see them and their happiness. However, it is sad to see the males that have been negative on this family. How is someone going to say a child so young is a bad actor and criticize Will for what he wants to do in the movies? I think its great that they are doing this film. keeping it in the family both will and jada are great actors an there kids are great as well as long as it is something that they want to do(which i doubt they are forcing them)i as well as the rest of black america should support them in there positive efforts.
I agree with nuttin! It’s not pimping your children if you are starring along side them, however, if they were placing their kids in random movies and living off of the money made instead of working then that would be considered pimpin their kids.
