Dopegurlmagic17, I agree with you 100%. People need to keep in mind that it is not Paula who is comparing herself to Halle Berry but Giant! Halle Berry is UNDENIABLY beautiful. HOWEVER, she is not the only woman that has walked earth with a pretty face. The media seems to “dictate” who is beautiful and most people (CONFORMIST) follow suit. Paula is a gorgeous woman and a damn good actress. Halle Berry has gotten where she is primarily by looks…this woman has talent. At the end of the day neither is no Angela Bassett when it comes to acting but why not embrace them both? I wish her nothing but success. People need not compare Paula to Halle…she is doing her own thing and paving her own path! Kudos to all the beautiful, successful black women

And My mother said. Danyelle. Is this ALICIA KEYS, First Movie. And I told my mother No. This isnt Alicia Key.. This is PAULA PATTON… She is a great actor… But she is Way far behind From Halle Berry. I didn’t know that this was Paula Pattons movie or that she was in it.I can’t wait to see it because I hear that it’s awesome ,great acting all around ,even for Mimi(Mariah) who’s acting is not all that great in her other films. They say Monique played the hell out of her role, and that the girl who played the lead role Precious is very good! Paula Patton is very pretty, though I don’t know if shes the next Halle!
