I dont wear hats, but if I did it would be the Red Sox
Even though I like the record, I disagree with that one line Jay said. No one man made the Yankee Fitted famous, the Yankee fitted would be just as famous if Jay was here or not. Jay-Z is a trendsetter for alot of things but I can’t give him the Yankee Fitted credibility though, its just apart of popular culture period. In essense though, what articles like this miss on is that fitted caps are more than just a fitted, its your crown because it symbolizes where u from, who u are, and what u represent. Thats why u will see a person from New York with a Yankee fitted, someone from Atlanta with a Braves “A” fitted, someone from Detroit with the Tigers “D” fitted, someone from Boston with the Red Sox’s “B” fitted, someone from Los Angeles with the Dodgers “LA” fitted, someone from Philly with the Phillies “P” fitted, etc. Fitted caps are more of a symbol than fashion.
