Anything Mr West does would be a lil different…i was looking for a more traditional vid for this song…but considering the whole album how could you expect that right…but over all i like the vid
the vid weird…but hey, wat would u expect from Kanye…to be honest, i liked him more before he got hooked on Autotune…Lil Wayne and T-pain can pa** using it, but Kanye needs to give it up and go back to the old him…808’s & Heartbreak didn’t sell too good compared to the last three albums on the count of that…
The vid was weird but in a good way to me. I would have like to see a more movie like theme though. Kanye is a true musical chameleon he can rock any kind of song you want to here him on. The lyrics are simple but deep, it’s the music that gives it so much more umph.
This was one of the realest songs on the album, depicting the down side to fame, but the video adds a different and unexpected visual that not everyone is gonna like. In my opinion, it was exactly what I expected from the “new” Kanye.
i really wish he woud get a hair cut. im getting sick of HIM & LIL WAYNE!
the song is straight but the video falls short cause they just copied chairlifts’s video and had no idea what else to do to make it different from them. maybe kanye should of hired the folks who did the video to those folks he lost to in the european mtv awards or whatever it was. so they’d come up with something different and creative.
I like odd! Its cool to me, but this mans mind is everywhere right now. What do people really expect from him. The song is real, the video fits who he really is. He’s not like everyone, and i really like that about Kanye.
i think this joint was tight. Kanye is talented, a little off but talented none the less. Now a days what star isn’t a little bit off. Is he arrogant or misunderstood. Does it even matter. who are we to judge anyone anyway.
this is one of the best videos i’ve ever seen it’s really artistic and i love that.kanye is willing to take risk for the sake of art and i dig that. it’s a hot video
its was nice he very differnt and creative
This s**t hot, what people dont know that he’s hurtin for real, he needs to jump to his self agin and get his swagg back and cut his hair cause that not working for me but its kool he ok…….
I really liked that! Thats was pretty damn good.
I’m a ol’ school brother when it comes to music and I don’t care for Mr. West music since “Golddigger” but for some stange reason I really like this song. I can feel his pain in this song, the video expressed it perfectly with the ol’ school VHS format plus with new school digital graphics. This will cause me to take a second look at Mr. West’s music because this song was fire!
Being a Video Production major and a Kanye West fan I personally love this video. Its very artistic and eventhough it doesnt give you a storyline like typical videos do the actions with the keying and matting effects express what he’s expressing thro song so once again I love it!
A+
GREAT COLLABORATION I LOVE THIS SONG, I HAVE KANYE NEW ALBUM AND I DIDN’T KNOW HE EVEN HAD A VIDEO FOR IT, THIS SONG IS HOT!
i love kanye. i love 808s and heartbreak. and i LOVE this song. this song is on my “favorite songs of all time” list since day 1 (even thought i dont like the album version of the song… i prefer the pre-released track that has more ba** and less keyboard). this video was different… but then, so was the cd this song is on. kudos to kanye. keep it up babes.
